Day 8.
This is our little family of egg "tools". Every Christmas Rob's mom finds one and sends it to us as a gift. 5 years now, and she has found a new one each year! So far we have an egg slicer, egg separator, egg whisk, and new this year - an egg flipper.
You may have noticed that I said 5 years, but there are only 4 pictured. There is a 5th member of the family - an egg toast grabber. He is packed away right now due to the kitchen renovation, but stay tuned - I'm sure he will make it to the blog soon!
The fact that we get one of these each year may make more sense if you know in advance that our last name is... Egbert :)

ReplyDeleteSo I was at the creative kitchen in our mall yesterday and saw ther others to this set. Normally I would have passed them over but since they were on your pic I had to take a look. I thought about going and getting my camera to take a pic of them for ya -- but didn't LOL There are many of these out there and they are all super cute!
